How it Works

01. Discovery Call

Once you’ve read through this pricing guide and think, “Yes, I'm in!" schedule your consultation call or video chat with me so we can make sure we are on the same page and that I am the best option for the project you desire.

02. Custom Curated Package Options

If, after the discovery call, we both feel this is a great fit, I will review your budget, goals, and big vision we discussed on the call, and I will curate a list of customized package options for you and your business. You can expect to receive this list within 24-48 hours after our conversation via email. You can review the package options and determine if you love any and are ready to move forward, would like another package variation, or would prefer more time to think.

03. Contract

After selecting your package, we create a custom contract for each client to ensure all parties have clear expectations of our business relationship and have a document to reference in case of a dispute. As you review the contract, you are welcome and encouraged to ask any and all questions you may have so that you can feel confident as we begin working together.

04. Questionnaire + Setup

Now that you’ve signed on with us, it’s time to learn all that we can about your business and get set up with us. We'll send you a questionnaire that helps us deep-dive into your business, from your origin story to the types of content you would like posted to your tone of voice and beyond, so we can feel confident creating content on your behalf. As you answer these critical questions, we’ll request admin access to your Facebook Page and Instagram login information, provide you with a Google Drive Folder for media uploading, and an Airtable board where you can view the content we’re creating for you each week.

05. The Fun Part!

Now that we’re working together and set up, it’s time to get creating! We will create your content according to your questionnaire answers and our conversations. We typically plan our clients’ carousel and static-post content out at the beginning of each week in Airtable, though you may see us working ahead occasionally! After we create, edit, and prepare your static posts, carousels, and stories for publication, we will upload them for final scheduling on your Facebook and Instagram accounts for the week.

06. Engagement + Review

If you select the Engagement service in your package, we monitor your posts and reply to the comments left for you in your brand’s tone. We do not respond to private messages, and we consult you with all critical questions left in the comments section before replying. If you do not choose the Engagement service, your post will be completed upon publication.

Of course, we monitor your account growth and success and will happily review progress with you during monthly Strategy Sessions if you select this service!
